• Apply LiftActiv B3 Serum morning and evening to cleansed, dry skin, using approximately 3–5 drops over the face and neck.

• Use the LiftActiv Retinol Serum at night, after cleansing and before moisturiser.
• Introduce retinol gradually: begin around twice weekly, progress to every other night, and then nightly only if well tolerated.
