Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The distrIQt, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at the best value. Please read below for details on our shipping and delivery process.


Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if that’s the case.


Shipping Regions
We currently ship to: Lebanon.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Region: Beirut
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days
Cost: $4 for orders less than $35. FREE for orders $35 and above


Region: Outside Beirut
Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days
Cost: $4 for orders less than $35. FREE for orders $35 and above


Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, courier delays, or peak shopping periods.


Shipping Exceptions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also track your order via your account on our website.


Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to two times.If no one is available, you may be contacted to reschedule or arrange delivery to a nearby pickup point.

Failed Delivery and Return to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Damages or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours at customercare@thedistriqt.me with your order number and photos of the package or item.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Payment Methods
We offer flexible and secure payment options for your convenience: 
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order.
Card Payment on the Website: Complete your purchase securely online using your credit or debit card.
Card Payment Upon Delivery: You may also choose to pay by card at the time of delivery. Please make sure to indicate this preference when placing your order.
Whish Money Transfer: you can complete your payment through the Whish Money Transfer application


Delivery Address & Pickup Options
We want to make receiving your order as convenient as possible. You can Enter the delivery address that best suits you — whether it’s your home, office, or another preferred location Or choose to pick up your order from one of Dr. Rami Abadi’s clinics located at :

  • Dbayeh
  • Sour


Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email or message confirming the location and time.


Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
