Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or cosmetic items (e.g., nail polish, lip liners, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons) for hygiene reasons

  • Items purchased with a gift card or during special promotions

Reporting Window:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 72 hours.

  • Claims reported after 72 hours cannot be accepted.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted once per order number.

  • You may exchange a product for another item or request a gift card.

  • The fastest way to get your preferred item is to return the original and place a separate purchase once the return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notify us immediately if your item is damaged or defective (within 72 hours).

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

  • Once approved by our Quality Control department, an exchange will be processed.

  • Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items will be covered by The DistriQt.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at customercare@thedistriqt.me to start a return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Send the item along with your receipt, proof of purchase, and return label number, specifying whether you want an exchange or a gift card refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping, except for damaged items covered by The DistriQt.

  • Standard return shipping: $3.50 daily rate applies.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact customercare@thedistriqt.me.

 


 

Giveaway Policy

  • If a giveaway winner is unreachable within 72 hours after the announcement, the prize is forfeited.

  • Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
